This policy explains how JunkQuote Pro handles information when businesses, their team members, and their customers use the website and service. JunkQuote Pro is a business operations platform, and each subscribing company controls the business and customer information it enters.
Information We Collect
We may collect company details; user names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials, roles, and account activity; customer contact and property information; estimates, jobs, schedules, invoices, payments, messages, and approval records; workforce and time records; uploaded photos, files, and notes; subscription information; location information described below; and technical information about use of our website and service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, create and manage estimates and jobs, schedule and dispatch work, send communications, support approvals and billing, process payments, store requested files, provide company reporting, troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, and improve JunkQuote Pro.
Customer and Business Data
A subscribing company controls the customer, business, and workforce data it adds to its workspace. Authorized users within that company can access information according to their roles and permissions. Customer portal users can access the records made available to them. We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service and as otherwise described in this policy.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription billing and supported customer invoice payments. Payment card information is entered and processed through Stripe. JunkQuote Pro stores payment and subscription references, statuses, amounts, and related business records, but does not store full payment card numbers.
Email and Communications
JunkQuote Pro uses Resend to deliver service email. Email addresses and message content may be processed and retained as necessary to send and track estimates, invoices, approval links, invitations, password-reset links, and other account or service communications. Companies are responsible for the messages they choose to send through their workspace.
Analytics and Website Usage
Our public website uses HeyCatch analytics to help us understand visits and interactions and improve the site. Analytics may involve technical and usage information such as browser, device, page, session, and interaction data. We do not describe this data as anonymous, and we do not use it to claim that the site performs no tracking.
Location Data
For workforce users, the application requests device location while the user is clocked in so authorized company dispatch users can see the latest location of active crews. The active-shift location is refreshed periodically and updates the location attached to the active clock-in record rather than creating a separate breadcrumb for every refresh. Location reporting is off while clocked out. The field workflow may also save coordinates when a worker records an event such as departure, arrival, completion, clock-in, or clock-out.
File Uploads and Photos
Users may upload company documents, job or estimate photos, receipts, logos, and other files supported by the service. Files are stored in private application storage, which may use configured storage providers such as Supabase storage. Some field files may be held temporarily on a user's device for offline work and synchronization. Files marked for customer visibility may be shown through an authorized customer portal.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication sessions, customer portal access, security, preferences, draft workflow state, and offline functionality. The application may also use local storage and IndexedDB to remember interface choices or temporarily keep offline job and photo data on a device.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate JunkQuote Pro. These include Stripe for billing and payments, Resend for email delivery, HeyCatch for public-site analytics, hosting and database infrastructure, and configured private-file storage providers such as Supabase storage. These providers process information for the services they perform and may have their own privacy terms.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention can vary by record type and company instructions. Offline data may remain on a device until it is synchronized or cleared.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. Access controls and company boundaries are part of the application's design. No internet service, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can update certain account and company information through the service. If your account is provided by a business, contact that company's owner or administrator about its records. Company owners seeking access, correction, export, or deletion assistance should use the support contact provided with their JunkQuote Pro account or subscription communications. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children's Privacy
JunkQuote Pro is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date when changes take effect.

For privacy questions or requests, use the support contact provided with your JunkQuote Pro account or subscription communications. If a business invited you to use JunkQuote Pro, contact that business's owner or administrator first because that business controls its workspace data.
